At Bellamy, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for both defective products.

  • Products must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

  • All return requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

  • No restocking fees apply.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • You may choose between a refund or an exchange.

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. (Your bank may take additional time to reflect the funds.)

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at care@bellamyskin.co within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
